For the Mature Mover or the beginner on their fitness journey. Low impact but burns fat.

Piloxing
Fusion of standing Pilates, Boxing and Dance. Can be done in either bare foot, yoga socks or trainers. Special designed gloves can be worn to increase your cardio workout.

Groove-It Fit and Flow
This is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Barre - you will need a mat and some yoga socks to work in.

Disco Fit - Week 2/Part 1
Retro Cardio Aerobics - get into the groove with Disco Music and non-stop aerobic moves (and if dark enough Disco Lights) - 15 mins toning included if time allows.
Step class suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. This class can be done with or without a step - unfortunately due to lack of storage and the transportation of steps I will not be able to supply these but you can purchase local or from eBay quite reasonable.

- Activation workout - working with yoga bands on lower body toning
- Resistance Bands - working on the upper body
- MoveMeditate - working on the body and mind
